In accordance with EU law, you may cancel your order and return it within 14 days of the delivery date. For returned orders, the item must be returned in its original packaging, taking special care that it is packaged in the same way as it was sent. You must take 6 photos of the item (4 sides, top and bottom) and send them to us by e-mail. In the unlikely event that you receive a broken crystal bowl, you must immediately take a photo of the packaging in which it was received. Any damage to the crystal bowl that occurs after opening the box is not covered by the 14 day warranty.
